[٦١] أحمد بن الحسين بن أحمد، أبو نصر، النَّيسَابُوري، الفقيه الشافعي، المعروف بابن أبي علي الفَامي. حدَّث عن: أبي حامد الشرقي، وطبقته. وعنه: أبو عبد الله الحاكم. ترجمه الحاكم في "تاريخه" ونعته بالفقيه. وقال الذهبي: أحد الأئمة. مات ليلة الجمعة ثاني عشر جمادى الأولى، سنة خمس وثمانين وثلاثمائة.قلت: [ثفة فقيه]. "مختصر تاريخ نيسابور" (٣٧/ أ)، "تاريخ الإسلام" (٢٧/ ٩١)، "طبقات الشافعية الكبرى" (٣/ ١٤)، "العقد المذهب" (٧٤٠)، "ذيل طبقات ابن الصلاح" (٢/ ٧٠٥).
