٧٣٣ - محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن جلال وبه عرف، التلمساني نزيل فاس مفتيها (١). قال المنجور: كان فقيهًا موحدًا مشاركًا مفتيًا خطيبًا، أفادني في الفقه والعقائد والحديث والأدب وغيرها، أخذ عن الفقيه المفتي الصالح أبي عثمان سعيد المنوي والأستاذ المحقق أحمد بن أطاع اللَّه، وحضر في التفسير عند الفقيه الفسر النوازلي عبد الملك البرجي، كان ذا تؤدة وسكون وهمة وسخاء. توفي بفاس في رمضان سنة إحدى وثمانين، مولده سنة ثمان وتسعمائة.
