٦٨٥ - محمد بن عمر بن محمد بن عبد اللَّه القلشاني التونسي (٤). قاضي الجماعة بها، أخذ عن أبيه القاضي عمر وعمه أبي العباس وأبي القاسم البرزلي وولى قضاء الجماعة بتونس في شعبان سنة تسع وخمسين وثمانمائة بعد صرف عمه أبي العباس فقام سبعة عشر سنة ثم جاء للقاهرة وراج أمره فيها، ثم عاد إلىبلده لطلب قضاء الجماعة فلم يتيسر له إلا منصب القضاء بجامع الزيتونة، ولى الخطابة الخطابة بجامع الموحدين ثم صرف. توفي، فيما بلغنا، سابع عشر جمادى الثانية، سنة تسعين وثمانمائة -اهـ- من السخاوي. قلت: له فتاوى منقولة في المازونية والمعيار.
