    ٦٧٤ - محمد بن أحمد بن عيسى المغيلي، شهر بالجلاب التلمساني (٣) الفقيه العالم العلامة أحد شيوخ الونشريسي والإمام السنوسي، كان السنوسي يقول عنه: إنه حافظ لمسائل الفقه، قال الملالي: ختم عليه السنوسي المدونة مرتين- اهـ. وله فتاوى في المازونية والمعيار ووصفه المازوني بصاحبنا الفقيه، قال الونشريسي في وفياته: شيخنا الفقيه المحصل الحافظ، توفي سنة خمس وسبعين وثمانمائة.
