٦٤٦ - محمد بن محمد بن يحيى، عرف بابن المخلطة (١) بكسر اللام، كما ضبطه ابن فرحون، والمحفوظ الفتح، اشتغل بالفقه على أئمة عصره كالجمال الأقفهسي والبساطي ومن هو أقدم منهما، وناب في القضاء قديمًا وتصدر لذلك وراج أمره فيه لمعرفة الأحكام واستحضاره لفروع مذهبه، وكان مقدامًا بحيث يندب لأمور ذوي الوجاهات، واستقر في تدريس الفقه بالأشرقية على الزين عبادة وذكر للقضاء الأكبر. ولد، تقريبًا، سنة تسعين وسبعمائة وتوفي في ربيع الأول سنة ثمان وخمسين وثمانمائة، صح من السخاوي.
