٥٧٠ - محمد الغرباني التونسي أبو عبد اللَّه (١). قال البرزلي: الفقيه العدل الدرس- اهـ. وهو من معاصري ابن عرفة، تنازع معه في مسألة القبطان المكاس القائل لرجل في محاورة: أنا عدوك وعدو نبيك، فأفتى صاحب الترجمة بأنه مرتد وأفتى ابن عرفة بأنه منتقص بقتل بلا استتابة، وجرى في ذلك بحث لابن عرفة مع الابي وغيره.
