٤٠١ - علي بن يحيى بن القاسم الصنهاجي أبو الحسن (١). قال ابن الأبار: نزل الجزية الخضراء فنسب إليها، ودرس بها الفقه وعقد الشروط وولي قضاءها، وكان متواضعًا كثير الأوراد صاحب علم وعمل، وله في الشروط مختصر مفيد جدًا سماه المقصد المحمود في تلخيص العقود كثر استعمال الناس له فجودته تدل على معرفته. توفي في ربيع الأول سنة خمس وثمانين وخمسمائة عن نحو ستين سنة.
