    ٣٥٢ - عبد الخالق بن علي بن الحسن، المعروف بابن الفرات، من أهل الفضل. (٣) أخذ الفقه عن الشيخ خليل بن إسحاق واشتهر به وشرح مختصره، وأخذ عن غيره أيضًا وبالغ أبو البركات في الحض على شرحه إلى الغاية، وذكر أنه كان حنفي الذهب ثم انتقل لذهب مالك ولم يحصل له فيه كبير اشتغال، هذا ما قال. ولم أقف على وفاته، وهو الذي ذكر أنه رأى خليل بعد موته فقال. غفر اللَّه لي ولكل من صلى عليّ.
