٣٤٨ - عبد القادر بن عبد الرحمن بن عبد الوارث البكري (١). عرف بجده حفظ القرآن ومختصر بن بشير وابن الحاجب الفرعي والمنهاج الأصلي والمنحة وغيرها، وعرض على ابن عمار والشيخ البساطي والشيخ أبي الفتح بن مرفا، وأخذ الفقه عن الشيخ عبادة والشيخ طاهر، لازم ابن حجر حتى قرأ عليه البخاري والموطأ وبرع في الفقه وأصوله والعربية وغيرها وأذن له غير واحد: منهم الولي السنباطي في الإفتاء والتدريس وإقراء الطلبة وقصد بالفتاوى، وكان قوي الحافظة ولي قضاء المالكية بدمشق وحمدت سيرته، ولد يوم الخميس ثامن عشر شعبان سنة أربع وعشرين وثمانمائة وتوفي في جمادى الثانية سنة أربع وثمانمائة. صح من السخاوي.
