٣٤٧ - عبد القادر بن أحمد بن محمد الدميري. عرف بابن تقي، ولد في جمادى الأخيرة سنة أربع وعشرين وثمانمائة، تفقه على الشيخ عبادة والشيخ طاهر وأبي القاسم النويري وأذن له وناب في الفتيا عن الولي السنباطي فمن بعده وأشير إليه بالفضل ودرس للمالكية بالشيخونية بعد الحسام بن حريز، وحج مرتين وزار بيت المقدس وكتب على الفتيا وعكف بمنزله على الفتيا والتدريس إلى أن استدعاه قاتيباي في سنة نيفوثمانين وثمانمائة بعد صرف البرهان اللقاني فولاه قضاء المالكية، وحمد الناس تواضعه وتودده، توفي ثامن ذي الحجة سنة خمس وتسعين وثمانمائة.
