    ٣٣٨ - عبد الحق بن عبد اللَّه بن عبد الحق الأنصاري (١). قاضي الجماعة بإشبيلية ومراكش أبو محمد مهدوي الأصل من ذرية الإمام المازري، تولى قضاء غرناطة ثم اشبيلية ثم مراكش في عام تسعة عشر وستمائة وامتحن فيها بالفتنة المتفاقمة بها حينئذ. كان أحد العلماء المتفننين في وقته فقيهًا بمذهب مالك، حافظًا نظارًا ذاكرًا للخلاف، مشاركًا في الأصول بصيرًا بالأحكام جزلًا صلبًا في الحق لا تأخذه في اللَّه لومة لائم، مهيبًا معظمًا عند الولاة مكين الجاه، له كتاب في الرد على ابن حزم الظاهري، دل عل حفظه وعلمه أفاد فيه، لقيته بإشبيلية سنة ثمان عشرة وستمائة، وتوفي بمراكش في شوال سنة إحدى وثلاثين. صح من ابن الأبار.
