٢٧٦ - عبد الرحمن بن قاسم الشعبي أبو المطرف المالقي (٣). فقيه بلده وبقية مشيخته وكبيرهم في الفتيا والرواية، سمع قاسمًا السبتي في المدونة وتفقه عنده وأبا علي بن عيسى المالقي وأجازه يونس السنتجالي. قال ابن العماد والسبتي: روى عنه شيخنا القاضي محمد بن سليمان، وله في دولة المرابطين وجاهة ومكانة، ولي قضاء بلده، ثم عزل ودعاه أمير المؤمنينللقضاء فأبى وأشار بأبي مروان بن حسون فقلد القضاء، وكان أبو مروان لا يقطع أمرًا دونه إلى أن توفي أبو المطرف في رجب سنة تسع وتسعين وأربعمائة، ألف في نوازل الأحكام كتابًا مفيدًا جيدًا أكثر البرزلي من النقل عنه في نوازله.
