٢٧١ - عبد اللَّه بن محمد بن عبيد اللَّه النغزي الشاطبي أبو الحسن. يعرف بابن فتوح، قال ابن الأبار: صاحبنا روى عن أبيه وأبي عمر بن عات وأبي الخطاب بن واجب وغيرهم، لقيته بإشبيلية سنة ثمان عشرة وستمائة وأخذ بها عن الحسين بن زرقون ودرس عليه الفقه ثم انصرف لبلده فلزم داره واعتزل الناس وأقبل على العبادة والزهد ودرس العلم. كان حافظًا للفقه والحديث مشاركًا في غيرهما أديبًا يجوّد الشعر، ثم تنزّه عنه، خرج من بلده عند تغلب العدو، وتوفي أثر وروده بجاية ليلة الخميس مستهل جمادى سنة اثنين وأربعين وستمائة، وكانت جنازته مشهورة، والثناء عليه جميل وهو أهل له.
