٢٧٠ - عبد اللَّه بن محمود بن عمر بن محمد أقيت بن عمر بن علي، أبوه أخي السابق آنفًا (١). كان فقيهًا ساذجًا مستحضرًا لمسائل الفقه ونوازله معتنيًا بذلك خصوصًا مختصر خليل والرسالة يستحضرهما نصب عينيه، لا حظّ له في غير الفقه. توفي بعد امتحانه وإجلائه مع أهل بيته إلى مراكش أول يوم من شعبان يوم الاثنين عام ستة وألف في الطاعون مطعونًا، تقبل اللَّه شهادته -وكان رحيمًا رقيق القلب- رحمه اللَّه تعالى.
