    ٢٠١ - سعيد بن علي السوسي الأوزالي (١). قال عبد الواحد الشريف في فهرسته: شيخنا الفقيه العالم أخذ عن أبيعبد اللَّه بن مهدي، كان صالح النية طاهر الطوية سليم الصدر بعيدًا عن خلق أهل الدنيا، مجبولًا على عدم التصنع وقلة المبالاة، تولى قضاء سوس فحمدت سيرته لتحري الحق والوقوف على القسطاس القيم، له نية صالحة في التعليم يقريء الفقه والعربية والحساب، معتنيًا بمطالعة توضيح الشيخ خليل والمرادي على الألفية، مستحضرًا لهما لا يفتر ليلًا ولا نهارًا وفاقًا على النصوص مستحضرًا للصواب، حاضر الذهن مع محبة أهل البيت النبوي- اهـ. قلت: جرى بيني وبينه مراسلة، توفي عام أحد وألف.
