١٩٣ - سليمان بن يوسف بن إبراهيم الحسناوي البجائي (٣). قال السخاوي: أخذ عن عمه أبي الحسين علي بن إبراهيم ومحمد بنبلقاسم المشذالي، وتقدم في الفقه والأصلين والفرائض والحساب والمنطق، كتب شرحًا للمدونة وصنف في الفرائض والحساب والمنطق، وأشير إليه بالجلالة، وأكره على قضاء الجماعة فأقام به أزيد من سنتين فأعرض عنه ولازم التدريس والإفتاء إلى أن مات سنة سبع وثمانين وثمانمائة تقريبًا، وكان يصرح ببلوغ رتبة الاجتهاد ومخالفة إمامه في كثير من الفروع- اهـ. وقال الشيخ زروق في حقه: الشيخ الفقيه الإمام الصدر العالم أبو الربيع مفتي بجاية من صدور الإسلام في وقته علمًا وديانة.
