١٦٤ - الحسن بن عطية التجاني المكناسي المعروف بالونشريسي (٣). قال ابن الأحمر في فهرسته: شيخنا الفقيه المفتي المدرس القاضي أبو علي ابن الشيخ الصالح عطية، توفي عام أحد وثمانين وسبعمائة، أجازني الموطأ رواية يحيى بن يحيى، أخذ عن الفقيه الإمام العالم المحصل المتكلم النظار المفتي المدرس البحر أبي عبد اللَّه محمد بن أبي الفضل بن الصباغ الخزرجي المكناسي، انتهى.
