٥٣ - أحمد بن محمد بن علي التجيبي، شهر بابن القراف السبتي أبو العباس (١). قال أبو عبد اللَّه الحضري: شيخنا الفقيه الحاج الكاتب الأديب الحافظ الصدر، كان أحد وجوه الأدباء القدماء، كثير النظم في النبويات وغيرها، كتب عن أمراء الأندلس والمغرب، واستظهر بالقاهرة المعزية موطأ الإمام مالك حفظًا من صدره عن ظهر قلب، فاحتفل له شيوخ المالكية وضربوا الطبول والبوقات على رأسه إشادة وتنويهًا، وتوفى أوائل رمضان بفاس عام خمسة وعشرين وسبعمائة.
