٤٧ - أحمد بن محمد بن حسن بن الغماز الأنصاري (٤). ذكره ابن فرحون في الأصل وأحسن في ترجمته. قال الغبريني في عنوان الدراية: كان فقيهًا فاضلًا جليلًا وقاضيًا كبيرًا شهيرًا، عدلًا رضيًّا، اشتهر، ولي قضاء بجاية وإمامة الفريضة والخطابة بجامعها الأعظم، فظهر مِنْ قِبَلِه في القضاء ما عجز عنه من تقدّمه، ثم قدم للقضاء بحضرة تونس، فما زال يخلعولاية القضاء بحاضرة افريقيا ويلبسها خلعًا أحسن من لبس، ولبسًا أحسن من خلع.- اهـ.
