٣٩ - أحمد بن يزيد بن عبد الرحمن بن أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن مخلد بن بقي بن مخلد القرطبي أبو القاسم (١). ذكره في الأصل. قال أبو القاسم بن الشاط في فهرسته التي عملها لشيخه لابن (٢) أبي الربيع: وهو الفقيه الكاتب المحدث الفاضل الحسب العلم الأوحد قاضي الجماعة، روى عن أبيه وجده، وأجازه أبو الحسن بن شريح وابن قزمان وابن بشكوال وابن مضاء والسهيلي في جماعة كثيرة، مولده يوم السبت ثاني عشر ذي القعدة عام سبعة وثلاثين وخمسمائة، وتوفي بقرطبة عام خمسة وعشرين وستمائة في رمضان- اهـ.
