٥٩٠٥ - موفّق الدّين أبو المظفّر محمّد بن بختيار بن عبد الرّحمن الهماميّ الفقيه. (٢)ذكره شيخنا تاج الدّين في تاريخه وقال: كان صالحا ديّنا كثير العبادة زاهدا منقطعا إلى المدرسة النظاميّة يفتي النّاس ويشتغل بالفقه مع كياسة وطلاقة وجه وسهولة أخلاق وانشراح لقضاء الحوائج، وأنشد: أتطلب رزق الله من عند غيره ... وتصبح من خوف العواقب آمنا وترضى بصرّاف وإن كان مشركا ... ضمينا ولا ترضى بربّك ضامنا وتوفّي في ذي القعدة سنة أربع وثلاثين وستّمائة وحمل تابوته الفقهاء تبرّكا به.
