٥٩٠٤ - الموفّق أبو المعالي محمّد بن إسماعيل المعروف بسخت كمان العراقي الأمير. (١) ذكره أبو الحسين ابن الصّابئ في تاريخه وقال: وحمل إليّ نسخة أمان كتبه الموفّق سخت كمان لأهل قرية باذام، وكانت: قد آمنّا عبدويه وشماس ابني جلل من أهل قرية باذام ومن يرد معهم من أصحابهم وأهل القرية وغيرهم من غريب وقريب وبعيد على أنفسهم وأموالهم وجميع ما تحويه أيديهم ومواشيهم وكلّ قليل وكثير لهم بأمان الله تعالى وأمان رسوله محمّد ﷺ وأماننا من بعد وألاّ يمكّن أحد من أذيّتهم والتعرّض لهم من عسكرنا ومن هو منضمّ إلينا، والشرط بطوله وعلى رأسه التوقيع محمّد بن إسماعيل الموفّق سخت كمان.
