٥٨٧٥ - موفّق الدّين أبو الحسن عليّ بن عليّ بن محمّد بن حرّاز الواسطيّ الكاتب الحاسب. ذكره أبو الحسن بن حنظلة في تاريخه وقال: شهد بواسط عند القضاة وقدم بغداد واشتغل بعلم الأدب وتأدّب ونظم الأشعار وإنشاء الرسائل، وخدم في أعمال الشرابي بالحلّة، وكان شيخا فاضلا حسن السمت، وكان يتعانى حلّ الألغاز وعملها، فمن قوله في الشابة: وصفراء إن ناجتك سرّك وصلها ... منعّمة تصبي الحليم وتعشق منقّبة عريانة تضمر الهوى ... وتحرد إن قبّلتها وتزعّق
