٥٨٧٠ - موفّق الدّين أبو الحسن عليّ بن الخطّاب بن مقلّد الواسطي الفقيه الشّافعيّ. (١) ذكره شيخنا تاج الدّين أبو طالب في تاريخه، وقال: حفظ القرآن العزيز علي ابن الباقلاّني (٢) وسمع الحديث منه ومن ابن الكتّاني (٣)، وقدم بغداد وتفقّه على يحيى بن فضلان، وسمع الحديث من أبي الفتح عبيد الله بن شاتيل وطبقته، وحدّث بالإجازة عن الإمام النّاصر لدين الله، وانتقل إلى الجانب الغربيّ وصار معيدا بمدرسة الأصحاب، وله شعر حسن وتوفّي يوم الاثنين ثامن شعبان سنة تسع وعشرين وستّمائة ومولده سنة ستّين وخمسمائة.
