٥٨٠٦ - موفّق الدّين أبو البقاء خضر بن عليّ بن عبد الرّحمن الأشرفيّ والي حماة. كان أميرا محترما شجاعا أديبا يحبّ أهل الخير والصّلاح وسمع الأحاديث، ذكر عنده حديثا [كذا] عن أنس بن مالك قال: قال رسول الله صلّى الله ﵇: لا يتمنّ أحدكم الموت لضرّ نزل به، فان كان لا بدّ متمنّيا فليقل: اللهمّ أحيني ما كنت الحياة خيرا لي وتوفّني إذا كانت الوفاة خيرا لي.
