٥٧١٥ - المؤتمن أبو الحسن علي بن القاضي أحمد بن إسماعيل بن كاسيبويهالعسقلانيّ الكاتب. (١) ذكره العماد الكاتب وقال: كان أبوه أيضا قاضيا بعسقلان وولد المؤتمن بعسقلان وورد الى مصر واشتغل بالقضاء، واستنابه ابن الخلاّل (٢) عنه في ديوان الإنشاء لمّا ضعف بصره، قال: وآواه القاضي الفاضل (٣) وغمرته منه الفواضل، وكان من كتاب مصر الذين يثنى عليهم الخنصر ويقوى باعتدال طبائع خواطرهم من البراعة العنصر، ورأيت من تصنيف القاضي المؤتمن كتاب الجواري، وكان وفاته في جمادى الأولى سنة ثمان وثمانين وخمسمائة.
