٥٢٩٨ - معين الدّين أبو الخير داود بن بندار بن إبراهيم الجيليّ الفقيه المدرّس. (٢) ذكره تاج الدّين أبو طالب ابن السّاعي في تاريخه وقال: قدم بغداد شابا وتفقّه بالنظاميّة على شرف الدّين يوسف بن بندار الدمشقي، ورتّب بها معيدا، ثمّ رتّب مدرّسا في المدرسة البهائية، وسمع أبا الوقت عبد الأوّل بن عيسى السجزي. وذكره القاضي تاج الدّين يحيى التكريتي في تاريخه في باب من اشتغلعليه. وكانت وفاته ليلة الجمعة لثمان بقين من رجب سنة ثمان عشرة وستّمائة.
