(٢) من بيت المشيخة والامارة والمعرفة، منهم من سكن مصر ومنهم من لم يخرج من جوين، وكان مع ذلك أديبا له سماع بالأحاديث، وأنشد: لا تنكرن حقّ الأديب لأن تعرّى من ثيابه ... فالسيف أهيب ما يكون إذا تجرّد من قرابه
