٥١٣٤ - مظفّر الدّين أبو نصر مسعود بن الربيع بن عليّ المعيني الكاتب. كتب في رسالة: كتب عمر بن عبد العزيز إلى بعض عمّاله: أمّا بعد فاذا مكّنتك القدرة في ظلم العباد فاذكر قدرة الله عليك، واعلم انّك لا تأتي إليهم من أمر إلاّ كان زائلا عنهم باقيا عليك، والله آخذ للمظلوم من الظالم. (٢)
