٥١١٨ - مظفّر الدّين أبو محمّد المبارك بن عليّ بن يعقوب البيكنديّ الأديب. (١) [قال:] قال الفضل بن يحيى: النّاس أربع طبقات: ملوك قدّمهم الاستحقاق، وقوم أظهر فضلهم العطيّة والرأي وغلبة اليسار، وأوساط ألحقهم بهم التأدّب، والنّاس بعدهم زبد جفاء.
