(١) ذكره ابن خاقان صاحب قلائد العقيان وأنشد له من شعره: سلام كما حيّتك عاطرة النشر ... وإلاّ كما هبّ النسيم مع الفجر وود كما سلسلت صافية الطلى ... وعهد كما راقت خدود من الزهر وذكر كما حنّت حمامة ايكة ... وشوق كما حنّ الحمام الى الوكر تحيّة من يفديك من كلّ حادث ... وقيت الردى بالنفس والأهل والوفر ولله روض من جنابك زارني ... لففت له رأسي حياء أبا بكر هو السحر بل أخفى من السحر دقّة ... وأسرى إلى الأكباد من نطف الخمر
