    ٤٩٦٧ - المسدّد أبو العبّاس أحمد بن محمّد بن بندار الخراسانيّ الكاتب. من كلامه: وقد عرف مقدار التفاوت بين حقّ بيت المال المعمور في الناحية المذكورة، وبين هذه المقاطعة المقدّرة الآن المقرّرة كائنا ما كان وبالغا ما بلغ، فتصدق بتوفره وحظر على كلّ متولّ وناظر وضامن وشحنة وعامل ومشرف وكاتب ومخمّن ومقلد وخاص وعام وغريم من المتصرّفين والولاة وأتباعهم أجمعين الإلمام بهذا الموضع المذكور أو المداخلة فيه أو في شيء منه. وذكر الشرط بطوله.
