٤٨٢٥ - مختصّ الدّين أبو نصر منصور بن محمّد بن إسحاق البيهقيّ الأديب. (١) وقع إليّ كراسة بخطه من الفوائد، منها: وقف رجل للمأمون فقال له: يا أمير المؤمنين! إنّ الله تعالى استوقف سليمان بن داود عليهما [السلام] لنملة ليسمع منها، وما أنا عند الله بأحقر من نملة، ولا أنت عند الله بأعظم من سليمان، فقال: صدقت؛ ووقف له وقال: ارفع حاجاتك؛ فلما كلّمه أمر بقضاء حوائجه وأجازه. وفيه: أسلم أعرابيّ وأدركه شهر الصيام في آب فكاد يتلف جوعا وعطشا فقال: وجدنا دينكم سهلا علينا ... شرائعه سوى شهر الصّيام
