٤٨٢١ - مختصّ الدّين أبو نصر مظفّر بن أبي القاسم عبيد الله بن المبارك بن إبراهيم ابن السيبي البغدادي المعدّل المحدّث. (٢) ذكره ابن الدبيثي [في تاريخه]، وقال: شهد عند أبي الفرج! عبد اللّطيف ابن عليّ بن البخاري لمّا ولي القضاء بمدينة السلام مطلقا يوم الثلاثاء ثامن عشر ذي الحجة سنة ثمان وستّمائة. وسمع الحديث من أبيه ومع أبيه من أصحاب أبي طالب [عبد القادر] بن يوسف وأبي القاسم بن الحصين وأبي غالب بن البنّاء، وكان مولده في سابع المحرّم سنة ثمان وسبعين وخمسمائة.
