٤٧٨٠ - مختار البلد أبو محمّد عبد الله بن الحسن بن حفص بن الفضل بن يحيى بن ذكوان الأصفهاني المحدّث المقدّم. (١) ذكره أبو الشيخ ابن حيّان الأصفهاني في كتاب طبقات المحدّثين بأصفهان، وقال: هو ابن أخي الحسين بن حفص، وكان مقدّما في البلد، معروفا عند السّلطان، يسمّى مختار البلد، وكان ممن يرجع إليه في الشهود؛ روى عن عمّه الحسين بن حفص وبكر بن بكّار (٢)، وكاتبه من الخلفاء المعتصم والواثق والمتوكل والمنتصر والمستعين قال: ومات سنة أربع وخمسين ومائتين.
