٤٧٣١ - محيي الدّين أبو سعيد محمّد بن يحيى بن أبي منصور النيسابوري الفقيه المدرّس العلاّمة. (١)ذكره أبو الحسن عبد الغافر بن إسماعيل في كتاب السياق وقال: كان أستاذ الأئمّة وأوحد العلماء زهدا وورعا، تفقه على حجّة الاسلام أبي حامد الغزّالي، وأبي المظفّر أحمد بن محمّد الخوافي (١)، [و] برع في الفقه وصنّف في المذهب والخلاف، وسمع أبا حامد أحمد بن عليّ بن عبدوس (٢)، وانتهت إليه رئاسة العلم بخراسان، ورحل إليه الناس من البلاد، واستشهد على يد الغزّ بنيسابور في شهر رمضان سنة ثمان وأربعين وخمسمائة.
