٤٧٢٣ - محيي الدّين أبو حامد محمّد بن [محمّد بن] أبي الكرم عبيد الله بن هبة الله الواسطيّ المحدّث. (١) كان فقيها عالما رحل إلى حلب وسمع بها شمس الدّين أبا الحجّاج يوسف ابن خليل الدمشقي (٢) ويعيش بن علي بن يعيش النحوي وضياء الدّين أبا المظفّر صقر بن يحيى الحلبي وسمع بالموصل عمه زين الدّين أبا العبّاس أحمد بن أبي الكرم، وكتب لنا بالاجازة من الموصل سنة ثمانين وستّمائة بسعي صاحبنا وشيخنا شمس الدّين أبي العلاء الفرضي البخاري جزاه الله خيرا، وقال: سألته عن مولده فذكر لي أنّه ولد بالموصل في شعبان سنة سبع عشرة وستّمائة.
