٤٦٣٠ - محيي الدّين أبو التقى صالح بن جعفر بن صالح بن عمر بن عليّ بن أبان القرشي الكوفي قاضي الحلّة. له نسب متصل بأبان بن عثمان بن عفّان، ولي قضاء الحلّة السيفيّة بعد القاضي شمس الدّين علي بن محمّد بن عليّ الرامهرمزي، وكان عارفا بالفقه واصوله، له أخلاق حسنة، وكان يتأدّب، أنشد شيخنا جلال الدّين عبد الحميد ابن فخار، قال: سمعته ينشد: هيهات هيهات كلّ الناس قد قلبوا ... في قالب الغدر والإعجاب والملق فإن تخلّق منهم بالنهى رجل ... عادت به نفسه يوما إلى الخلق ورأيت سماعه على شيخنا كمال الدّين علي بن وضاح الشهراباني.
