٤٦١١ - محيي الدّين أبو الفتح أسعد بن أبي نصر الميهني مدرّس النظاميّة. (١) ذكره تاج الاسلام أبو سعد عبد الكريم بن محمّد السمعاني في كتاب المذيّل، وقال: تفقّه على جدّي أبي المظفر السمعانيّ (٢) وعلى الموفّق الهروي بمرو، وبرع في الفقه، وفاق أقرانه في حدّة الخاطر وجري اللّسان، ولمّا قصد العراق وورد بغداد فوّض إليه التدريس من المدرسة النظاميّة، وعلّق الناس عنه تعليقهفي الخلاف، وتوفّي بها سنة إحدى وعشرين وخمسمائة.
