٤٥٥٠ - محبّ الدّين أبو محمد عبد القادر بن داود بن أبي نصر الواسطي الفقيه. (٣) ذكره شيخنا تاج الدّين في تاريخه وقال: كان شيخا صالحا عارفا بالفقه فصيح اللهجة، قدم بغداد شابا وأقام بالمدرسة النظاميّة، وقرأ الأدب والفقهوالخلاف، وجعل متوليا على سبيل الفقراء الذين تبرع به الناصر لدين الله فحج متولّيا عليه عدة سنين، وشهد عند القاضي شهاب الدّين محمود بن أحمد الزنجاني سنة سبع عشرة وستّمائة، ولم يضع حظّه بعد ذلك اليوم الذي شهد فيه، ورتب شيخا برباط الخلاطية وناظرا في وقفه، فمرّ على ذلك إلى أن توفّي في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة تسع عشرة وستّمائة ودفن بالشونيزية.
