٤٤٢٨ - مجد الدين أبو جعفر هبة الله بن يحيى بن الحسن بن عبد الباقي المعروف بابن البوقيّ الواسطيّ الفقيه المحدّث. (٣)ذكره الحافظ زين الدين أبو الحسن بن القطيعيّ في تاريخه وقال: كان فقيها صحيح السماع، روى ببغداد عن أبي نعيم محمّد بن إبراهيم بن محمّد بن خالد الجمّاري (١) سنة سبع وخمسين وخمسمائة، سمع منه القاضيّ معين الدين أبو المحاسن ابن أبي الحسن القرشيّ الدمشقيّ وكانت وفاته في ثالث عشر ذي الحجّة سنة إحدى وسبعين وخمسمائة.
