٤٤٢٠ - مجد الدين أبو القاسم هبة الله بن أبي عليّ الحسن بن أبي سعد المظفّر ابن الحسن بن أحمد بن يزيد الهمذانيّ الفقيه. (٢) ذكره الحافظ محمّد بن سعيد بن الدبيثي في تاريخه وقال: يعرف بالسبط، والسبط هو جدّه المظفّر كان سبطا لأبي بكر أحمد بن عليّ بن لال الفقيه الشافعيّ، سمع ببغداد من أبي القاسم بن الحصين وطبقته، وتوفّي في المحرّم سنة ثمان وتسعين وخمسمائة، ومولده سنة عشر وخمسمائة.
