٤٤٠٥ - مجد الدّين أبو الخير مسعود بن الحسين بن عليّ بن بندار اليزديّالفقيه القاضي. (١) ذكره القاضي تاج الدين يحيى بن القاسم التكريتي في تاريخه وقال: كان شيخا لطيفا فيه دعابة، وكان يدرّس بالمدرسة الغياثيّة، وبعث رسولا من الديوان في أيّام المستنجد فتوفّي المستنجد فلزم مكانه بالموصل وتوفّي بها سنة إحدى وسبعين وخمسمائة.
