٤٣٩٢ - مجد الدّين أبو الفضل محمّد بن يحيى بن صدقة البغداديّ الكاتب. (١) كان من أكابر الكتّاب وأفاضلهم، اشتغل في صباه بالعلوم الأدبيّة على شيخنا رضيّ الدين [حسن بن] محمّد بن الحسن الصغانيّ، وله رسائل وأشعار، وهو من بيت الوزارة والتقدّم والرياسة، روى لنا عنه شيخنا مجد الدين الفضل ابن يحيى الطيبيّ الكاتب، وأنشدني له: [إنّي لاقنع باليسير تعفّفا ... منّي وأزهد في الكثير ترفّعا] (٢) وكانت وفاته سنة إحدى وسبعين وستّمائة ومولده سنة تسع وستّمائة.
