٤٣٧٤ - مجد الدّين أبو الحسن محمّد بن محمّد بن محمّد بن الضحّاك القرشيّ البغداديّ الحاجب. من البيت العريق المعروف بالتقدّم والحجابة والرياسة والكتابة، وكان مجد الدين أحد حجّاب المناطق وصهر الوزير مؤيّد الدين محمّد بن العلقميّ، وجدت سماعه على المقامات الحريريّة مثبتا بخطّ أبي طالب محمّد بن العلقميّ سمعها على الأجلّ زعيم الدين غرس الدولة أبي الحسن عليّ بن محمّد بن السكن في ذي الحجّة سنة عشرين وستّمائة بحقّ سماعه على منوجهر عن الحريريّ، وكانت وفاته يوم الاثنين غرّة جمادى الآخرة سنة أربع وخمسين وستّمائة وحملإلى مشهد الحسين بن عليّ ﵉.
