٤٢٧٦ - مجد الدّين أبو محمّد عمر بن محمّد بن خلف الموصليّ - نزيل الكوفة - القاضي بالكوفة. قدم بغداد، ورتّب قاضيا بالحلّة السيفيّة ثمّ نقل إلى قضاء الكوفة في سنة إحدى وسبعين وستّمائة، ورتّب بالحلّة شرف الدين محمّد بن عبد الله العبّاسيّ الحنفيّ، رأيته وكان شيخا بهيّا طوالا ولم أكتب عنه، وسمعت العدل عماد الدين قال أنشدني القاضي مجد الدين: أبى الله إلاّ ما يريد فكن له ... شكورا فنعمى الله تبقى على الشكر فإنّ على الأيّام نضرة زهرة ... بوجهك يا ابن الماجدين بني النضر
