٤٢٥٧ - مجد الدّين عليّ بن تاج الدين محمّد بن عبد الله الزيتونيّ الواسطيّ قاضي واسط. (١) رأيته في حضرة قاضي القضاة عزّ الدين أبي العبّاس أحمد بن محمود الزنجانيّ وهو جميل الهيئة والصورة، سيّئ السيرة، وذكر عنه أشياء من غصب الأملاك، شهد عند قاضي القضاة عزّ الدين بن الزنجاني في المحرّم سنة إحدى وثمانين وستّمائة وكتب له شيخنا العدل رشيد الدين محمّد بن أبي القاسم المقرئ نسخة إجازة في شعبان سنة سبع وتسعين وستمائة له ولولديه تاج الدين عبد الله وشرف الدين أحمد، كتبت فيها.
