٤٠٥٨ - مجد الدين أبو الفضل [و] أبو سعد أسعد بن إبراهيم بن الحسن يعرف بالنشاشيبيّ الاربليّ الكاتب الشاعر. (٣) قدم بغداد وكان من كتّاب اربل، وحصل له الجاه الرفيع بها، ورتّب مشرفا بنهر الملك، وله رسائل فصيحة، وأشعار مليحة، منها أنّه اهدي إلى المستعصم بالله غراب أبيض (٤) فقال فيه الشعراء، فمن نظمه: لقد بهر الخليفة حين أبدى ... غربا بالبياض له إهابوكان يقول قوم من قنوط ... إذا شاب الغراب دنا الطلاب فقال لهم إمام العصر حودي ... طلابكم وقد شاب الغراب بقى بعد الوقعة، وتوفّي سنة سبع وخمسين وستمائة، وله كتاب جمعه في ألقاب الشعراء أجاد فيه.
