٣٩٨٩ - مجاهد الدين أبو عليّ الحسن بن أبي البركات محمّد بن عليّ بن طوق الموصليّ الفقيه الكاتب. (٣)ذكره محمّد بن الدبيثي في تاريخه وقال: أصله من الموصل وهو بغداديّ الدار والمولد، تفقّه بالنظاميّة، وسمع أبا الوقت عبد الأوّل، وتولّى النظر في ديوان التركات، وتوفّي في شوّال سنة ستّ وتسعين وخمسمائة.
