٣٧٣٥ - كمال الدّين أبو الفضل محمّد بن عبد الله بن أبي المظفر القاسم الشهرزوريّ القاضي. (١) ذكره الحافظ أبو القاسم عليّ بن عساكر في تاريخ دمشق وقال: أصلهم من بني شيبان ويعرفون ببني الخراسانيّ، سمع من جدّه لأمّه أبي الحسن عليّ بن أحمد ابن طوق، والشريف أبي طالب الزينبيّ (٢)، وتفقّه ببغداد على أسعد الميهنيّ، وكان يتردّد إلى بغداد وخراسان رسولا من نور الدين محمود بن زنكي، وتولّى القضاء بالموصل، وبنى بها مدرسة، وبنى رباطا بمدينة الرّسول ﷺ، وله شعر كثير، وتوفّي في المحرّم سنة اثنتين وسبعين وخمسمائة بدمشق.
